Microsoft Developers and Junior Developers Working with a team of developers and consultants, providing technical leadership in the design and development of mission-critical business solutions. You interact with product managers or even directly with customers to quickly understand complicated requirements, perform high level and low level design, give proper resource estimates, and lead the team to design, implement, test and support the developments and deployments. You must also produce quality documentation to ensure the product is well understood by external and internal users, including your team members. |
Candidates must have:
- XML/XSLT and .Net experience, plus exposure to SQL Server 2000
- Java, C++ and C# experience would also be an asset
- Desire to provide first-rate solutions for customers and commitment to ensure project/product success
- Strong analytical skill to analyse complex problems and find solutions
- Solid understanding and practice of software development process
- Good communication skills
